Vinge has advised Hansa Biopharma in connection with a directed share issue of SEK 372 million

Vinge has advised Hansa Biopharma AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue through which the company raises proceeds of SEK 372 million before transaction costs. Hansa Biopharma is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering the development and commercialization of innovative, lifesaving and life altering treatments for patients with rare immunological conditions. Hansa Biopharma’s ordinary share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vinge’s team consisted of Dain Hård Nevonen, Linnéa Sellström, Joel Magnusson, Adrian Filipovic and Karin Karsten.
