Vinge has advised Pareto Securities in connection with a rights issue in Episurf Medical

Vinge has advised Pareto Securities in connection with a partially secured rights issue of units of up to approximately SEK 120 million in Episurf Medical.

Episurf Medical is a Swedish, commercial stage orthopaedics company and has a broad portfolio of products based on proprietary technology addressing joint injuries. Episurf Medical’s class B share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vinge’s team consisted of Dain Hård Nevonen, Anna Svensson and Pernilla Björklund.
