Vinge advises Air Liquide Advanced Business S.A. and its wholly owned subsidiary FordonsGas Sverige AB

Vinge advises Air Liquide Advanced Business S.A. and its wholly owned subsidiary FordonsGas Sverige AB in connection with the acquistion of Lidköping Biogas AB. Lidköping Biogas produces liquid biogas for inter alia trucks and has an annual capacity of 60 GWh.

FordonsGas operates and builds gas tank stations in Sweden, and currenly operates more than 40 gas tank stations, predominantly in the western part of Sweden. Through the acquisition of Lidköping Biogas, FordonsGas Sverige will get an even better control over the production chain and can further develop sustainable mobility.

The Vinge team advising Air Liquide Advanced Business S.A./FordonsGas Sverige AB consists of Jesper Ottergren together with Anna Edström and, inter alia, Christoffer Thalin, Mathias Lindquist, Emma Hakesjö and Cecilia Cronquist.

Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
