Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisitions of Ingenjörsfirman Gösta Schelin Aktiebolag, Ventilationshygien Stockholm AB and Pactor Luftbehandling Aktiebolag.

The companies provide services within design, installation and service linked to indoor climate and are based in Stockholm. Together, the companies have a turnover of approximately SEK 250 million. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with Karl Klackenberg, Hannah Kajlinger and Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister (M&A), Isak Willborg (Construction), Elin Broman (Employment) and Frida Ställborn (Real Estate).

Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
