Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisitions of Lundgrens El and Lås & Nycklar

Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisitions of Lundgrens El-installationer Vikbolandet-Norrköping Aktiebolag and Lås & Nycklar i Norrköping AB.

The companies sell, design, install and perform services of all types of electricity, energy, telecommunications, data and security facilities and are based in Norrköping and Linköping. Together, the companies have around 90 employees with a turnover of approximately MSEK 200.

The acquisition is the Currentum Group’s first acquisition within the business area of electricity.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with Karl Klackenberg, Hannah Kajlinger and Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister (M&A), Isak Willborg (Construction), Elin Broman (Employment) and Frida Ställborn (Real Estate).

Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
