Vinge advises Beontag – CCRR Group (”Beontag”) in connection with the acquisition of Scandstick AB with subsidiaries and Linerless AB (the “Scandstick Group”)

Vinge advises Beontag in connection with the acquisition of the Scandstick Group. Scandstick is an international group in the self adhesive industry with head office in Höganäs, Sweden. The Scandstick Group has approximately 150 employees and production facilities in Sweden, Slovenia, Poland and Belgium.

Beontag is the largest manufacturer in Latin America of RAIN RFID inlays and tags.

Vinge’s team consisted of Magnus Pauli, Sofie Nordgren (Project Manager), Johanna Hamrefält (M&A manager), Tilda Hall (Commercial and Real Estate) Agaton Lindgren (Finance) and Anna Ståhlklo (Employment), among others.

Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
