Vinge advises Bygghemma in conjunction with the acquisition of Nordiska Fönster

Vinge has advised Bygghemma Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of Nordiska Fönster i Ängelholm AB.

Bygghemma Group is the leading online provider of home improvement products in the Nordic Region. Bygghemma Group had a turnover of approximately SEK 5 billion in 2018, its head office is located in Malmö and the company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Nordiska Fönster sells quality windows and doors online and has had an annual growth of approximately 29 per cent over the last three years and had a turnover of approximately SEK 50 million in 2018.

Vinge’s team consisted of Kristian Ford together with, among others, Niklas Törnell and Emelie Svensäter Jerntorp (employment law).

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
