Vinge advises Eleda in connection with acquisition of One Nordic

Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group (“Eleda”) on the acquisition of One Nordic from Altor Fund III.

ONE Nordic is one of Sweden's leading suppliers of technical services in electricity transmission infrastructure and renewable energy production. With a nationwide organization and local knowledge, ONE Nordic delivers high quality services and solutions to energy producers, distributors and energy users with around 1,000 employees and sales of approximately SEK 2.1 billion in 2019. One Nordic broadens Eleda’s capabilities into electricity transmission infrastructure services and projects focusing on electricity distribution and renewable energy (wind and hydro power). The acquisition is carried out in connection with Altor Fund V’s acquisition of a majority stake in Eleda and Eleda’s acquisition of Järfälla VA- & Byggentreprenad AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with associates Michaela Cronemyr, Fredric Reissmüller, Manne Bergström and Hanna Risberg (M&A) and the due diligence team of partner Johan Cederblad with associates Lova Unge, Elias Lundin, Lisa Ullman, Sofia Landolsi, Tove Lövgren Frisk, Anna Li, Olof Löfvenberg, Arvid Axelryd, Lisa Hörnqvist, Jonathan Riddersholm and VDR assistant Nathalie Hughes.

Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
