Vinge advises Fractal Gaming Group AB (publ) (“Fractal”) in connection with its listing on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.

The offering circular was published on 2 February 2021 and first day of trading on Nasdaq First North Premier was 11 February 2021. The offer price was set at SEK 41, corresponding to a total value of the total amount of outstanding shares in the company of approximately SEK 1,194 million. The Offering comprised of 13,418,108 existing shares, corresponding to a total value of approximately SEK 550 million provided an overallotment option was exercised in its entirety.

Fractal is a leading company in the premium segment of PC gaming products. The group was founded in 2010 and its products are currently sold in more than 50 markets worldwide. Fractal is a market leader in premium PC cases in several geographic markets, for example in the Nordic region, is top two in Japan, and holds a top-three position globally. The company also has a strong market position within power supply units, cooling products and fans for gaming computers.

Vinge’s team mainly consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Jesper Schönbeck, Rikard Lindahl, Filip Öhrner, William Kåge, Hannah Kajlinger, Anders Sundin Lundberg, Clara Sohlberg and Olivia Belding.

The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
