Vinge advises Hilding Anders on acquisition of Carpe Diem

Vinge is advising Hilding Anders International AB in connection with the acquisition of Carpe Diem Beds of Sweden AB. Hilding Anders is the leading bedding provider in Europe and Asia, has net sales of 851m€ and employs 7,600 people at 23 sites in 19 countries. The sales in Sweden are mainly focused to the brands Hilding, Ekens, Stjärnbädden and the Norwegian premium brand Jensen. Carpe Diem is a premium Swedish bedding brand with exports into 20 countries.

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
