Vinge advises Hyper Island in connection with its partnership with Talent Garden

Vinge has advised Hyper Island, the disruptive education provider and facilitator of learning experiences, in connection with its new partnership with Italian co-workspace and digital education company Talent Garden.

With Talent Garden becoming the majority owner of Hyper Island, the partnership will focus on the digital skills gap that dominates the global labour market. The companies will build on the success of their own respected operations and jointly create programs and courses across Europe.

 

Vinge’s team mainly consisted of Johan Larsson, Ulrich Ziche, Robin Fagerström and Nathalie Hugues.

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
