Vinge advises Latour Capital and Sulo on the acquisition of San Sac Group

Sulo is a leading international manufacturer of bins, underground and semi-underground systems for collection and separation of recyclable materials.

Based in Linköping, Sweden, San Sac Group has built a worldwide network in over 40 countries with about 500 employees and three plants in Sweden and France and a turnover of EUR 170m.

Vinges’s team consisted of responsible partner Matthias Pannier and senior associate Manne Bergström, together with Stina Bengtsson, Milad Kamali, Emelie Svanberg (M&A), Sofia Törnroth Nyberg, Axel Jansson (Banking and Finance), Maria Schultzberg, Henrik Wastenson, Victor Ericsson (Tax), Lisa Hörnqvist (Commercial Agreements) and Jessica Öijer (Project Assistance).

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
