Vinge advises Modular Finance in connection with the acquisition of BörsData Sverige

Vinge has advised Modular Finance, a SaaS company which offers a range of niche products aimed at the financial industry with a focus on unique data sets and user-friendliness, in connection with the entry into of an agreement to acquire the shares in BörsData Sverige. BörsData Sverige is one of the Nordic region’s largest independent analysis tools for equity investments.

As a result of the acquisition, Modular Finance strengthens its position as one of Sweden’s leading SaaS platforms focusing on the financial industry.

Vinge’s team consisted of Christina Kokko, Karl Klackenberg, Viktor Lennartsson and Johan Gavelin.

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
