Vinge has advised MVI Equity AB in connection with the joint acquisition together with Fouriertransform AB of SMP Parts, a leading designer and manufacturer of high quality machinery and accessories for excavators and loaders.

MVI Equity AB is an investment company which focuses on investments in medium-sized quality companies. MVI Equity AB consists of 100 entrepreneurs and managers who have invested in unlisted companies for more than 20 years. For more information, visit www.mvi.se.

Fouriertransform is a state-financed venture capital company which commercially supports innovative companies and entrepreneurs who can contribute to vitalizing the Swedish manufacturing industry.

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
