Vinge advises SBB on its offer for Entra

Vinge advises Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) in connection with its public offer to the shareholders of Entra ASA.

The total offer consideration consists of a combination of cash and SBB shares, corresponding to a value of approximately NOK 30 billion. SBB is a leading Nordic social infrastructure property company with a property portfolio with a market value of SEK 81.2 billion as of 30 September 2020. SBB’s Class B and Class D common shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap. SBB’s preference shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.

Vinge’s team consists of Jesper Schönbeck, Rikard Lindahl, Malte St Cyr Ohm, Boris Kotur, Martin Boström, Emil Lindwall, Olof Löfvenberg, Lorin Arabi, Mikaela Falkner, Eléonore Friberg and Clara Sohlberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A), Albert Wållgren and Axel Jansson (Banking and Finance) as well as Victor Ericsson (Corporate tax).

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
