Vinge advises Syncron AB in conjunction with the merger with Mize, Inc.

Vinge has advised Syncron in conjunction with the merger with the US company, Mize.

The merged company will be the world’s largest unlisted global actor within the industrial companies’ after-sales service industry. At present, the companies are leading actors in the cloud-based SaaS solutions on their respective markets and will conducts operations under the trademark Syncron. The company’s headquarters will be in Stockholm.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Mikael Ståhl, Carl Sander, Lionardo Ojeda and Isabelle Jengsell.

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
