Vinge has acted as a Swedish local counsel to Krogerus in advising Caverion Oyj

Vinge has acted as a Swedish local counsel to Krogerus in advising Caverion Oyj, one of the Europe's leading provider of technical solutions for buildings and industries, on its acquisition of Huurre Finland Oy, including its subsidiary Huurre Sweden AB.

Caverion Suomi Oy has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Huurre Finland Oy from Huurre Group Oy. Huurre is a leading supplier of energy-efficient CO2 based refrigeration systems and related refrigeration automation solutions. Through its acquisition of Huurre Finland Oy, Caverion strengthens its technological offering in the Cooling business.

 Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
