Vinge has advised Re:NewCell in connection with a directed share issue

Vinge has advised Re:NewCell, a textile-to-textile recycling company listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market, in connection with a directed share issue whereby the company raised proceeds of approximately SEK 158 million before issue costs.

The share issue was directed to a number of selected Swedish and international institutional investors on the basis of an accelerated bookbuilding process.

Founded by innovators from Stockholm’s KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2012, Re:NewCell AB (publ) is a multi-award-winning sustaintech company based in Sweden. The company’s vision is to make fashion circular.

Vinge’s team consisted of Dain Hård Nevonen, William Kåge and Johannes Akyol. Henrik Ossborn and Agaton Lindgren provided financing advice.

Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
