Vinge has advised Vimian Group in connection with its rights issue

Vinge has advised Vimian Group AB (publ) in connection with a partly guaranteed rights issue which will provide Vimian with issue proceeds of SEK 1,633 billion before deduction of transaction costs.

Vimian is a global animal health company covering four essential and rapidly evolving areas: Specialty Pharma, MedTech, Veterinary Services, and Diagnostics.  Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
