Vinge has represented SSG Group in its acquisition of EBE Gruppen AB

SSG Group is a Nordic provider of damage control services within the real estate sector.

Through the acquisition, SSG Group strengthens its position on the Swedish market. EBE Gruppen has approximately 120 employees and is the leading provider of damage control services in western Sweden, with its head office in Gothenburg. The acquisition is a bolt-on acquisition to Polaris’ recent acquisition of the majority of the SSG group and the combined SSG and EBE will be one of Sweden’s leading providers of services within damage control.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jesper Ottergren, Charlotte Akej and Victoria Johnsson Grossman (M&A) and Daniel Melander Björner (employment law)

Vinge has advised Stockholm Exergi in connection with the conclusion of a permanent carbon removal agreement with Microsoft, covering 3.33 million tonnes of permanent carbon removals from bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) at Värtan, Stockholm. The agreement is the world’s largest permanent carbon removal deal to date.
